SILK DOES THE BODY GOOD - Hello my chic, friends!  Happy Thursday!  Just like milk, silk does the body good.  It’s such an amazing feeling when one wears silk.  It feels so good against the skin.

This skirt is like a lost and found item.  I have not worn it in at least six years and while rumbling through the donation box (again!), I stumbled into it and decided to fit it one more time before parting with it and fell in love again.  I seem to be doing that a lot, right?  I know, I know, stay out of the donation box!  Is that a bad thing? :)

Lately, I have developed a strange obsession with brooches.  I have been wearing them at every area; waist, neck, you name it.  :)

REMIX WEDNESDAY - ONE SKIRT/FOUR WAYS:  Happy Hump Day, my chic friends!  I have been on a little hiatus, but I am back and right on schedule with an all new episode of “Remix Wednesday” (is this a TV show? lol).  

Have you guys ever watched the TV show called, “Fashion Police”?  I am a big fan of that show; I watch it religiously.  Well, within that show there’s a segment called “Bitch stole my look”, and that’s what I did today.  About a week or so ago, my co-worker wore this ensemble except that she had on a pair of nude pumps and there was a hint of pale yellow in her top.  I liked her ensemble so much I had to do recreate it.  When I saw her walked in today, I watched her expression and her face was saying: “Bitch stole my look!” (he-he).  Of course, I pointed out that I stole her look and her response was: “I see that!” LOL.  In the end though, she told me that she  was thrilled that I recreated her look so here’s to Melissa, thanks for making today’s remix possible!

I have been wearing these silver pumps a lot because its my form of nude.  I have been trying to find some gold ones, but to no avail.  Do you agree that metallic is a form of nude?

FYI, I did cover my shoulders while I was in the office. Gotta keep it professional, right? he-he

REMIX WEDNESDAY: ONE SKIRT/TWO WAYS:  Happy Hump Day, my chic readers!  My co-worker says she does not like saying “hump day” - LOL.  Hmmm?

Lately, I feel like shaving my head.  I have no idea what to do with my hair sometimes.  I can truly now understand when someone says it’s liberating to shaves one’s head.  The only scary thing is that I do not know what my head would look like once it’s shaved.  It could be quite scary.  What if I have a cone-shaped head? That would be something, right? he-he.  Well, I guess we will never find out because I am not that brave. :)

When I checked my calendar, it seemed I only relaxed my hair about four weeks ago and it certainly does not look that way.  Oh yes, I diarize everything; not because I am organized, but because I have CRS (Can’t remember s—t) LOL..
